Throughout the process, Red Fan Communications works closely with internal teams to ensure coordinated and effective use of all resources. We scale our team to meet the client’s needs, and in some cases, establish programs that we can run externally in full or with parts that can be easily transferred to internal resources.

We ensure our clients have strategic relationships with the industry pundits, press and influencers in their space and we go out of our way to make those connections, via steps such as reviewing management's travel itinerary to make the most of travel with key introductions when possible.
