Red Fan Communications has teamed up with the Italian hotspot, Intero, to evangelize its incredible pasta, delicious proteins and out-of-this-world chocolates to Austin and beyond.
Translating to “entire” or “whole” in Italian, Intero is rooted in necessity and gratitude toward every ingredient and takes pride in mastering the art of being a zero food-waste kitchen. Intero takes a sustainable, contemporary approach to traditional Italian to provide guests with unconventional-yet-familiar dishes. With the menu changing daily and posted on the Intero website at 3:30 p.m., each guest is guaranteed a unique and fresh experience each time they visit Intero.
