Fresh from her role as publisher of Austin Woman magazine, Weston will oversee Red Fan’s Client Success division and lead the agency’s business development efforts.

With 20 years of experience in media, advertising and integrated communications, Weston most recently served as publisher of Austin Woman magazine, a 12-issue publication and media company that celebrates the empowerment of women in community and business and has more than 625,000 regional subscribers. Weston oversaw day-to-day operations for the publication and drove revenue growth through multiple platforms, focused on new business generation, partnership development and community relations.

Before working with Austin Woman magazine, Weston served as associate publisher of Edible Austin for six years. In addition, she held advertising and sales director positions at Key Ingredient and The Pitch. Her extensive knowledge of product sales, advertising and revenue generation was visible both in and out of the office as Dawn actively participated in raising more than $750,000 in philanthropic initiatives for Edible Austin. These skill sets and continued passion for supporting her community, clients and teams ignite unique Dawn’s ability to serve as Red Fan’s vice president of client success.
